To be fair, she was only watching the humans walk the course, not another dog. She probably wouldn't be so nonplussed were that the case. ;)
Thank you. I think so, too. But Jan likes her in blue so that's her regular collar. I just think she "pops" in red and would have her in it all the time were it my choice. :)
