Me too!!!!! What a pretty shot Leslie. One of the better ones this weekend. I can see all the texture of the flower. Hope you have dug out of your mess. I shoveled once (for an hour) and have another round tomorrow morning. We didn't have as much as you - thank God!
ReplyDeleteHi Leslie,
ReplyDeleteSuch a hopeful hint of spring in your captivating photo. And just as the snow had melted here, I look out my window and oops, it's coming back with a vengeance. Stay warm.
Gary, looking very much like Penny the Jack Russell :)
Ugh! Beautiful orchid!!
ReplyDeleteNice shot! Hope the snow lets you outside again soon!!
ReplyDeleteCool black and white!

Absolutely beautiful.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I love orchids, they are so unique looking.
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous! What a beautiful capture!
ReplyDeleteWoof! Woof! Mom's favorite flower. Very curious what is the color. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteHey Sugar, it's a pretty common one - various shades of pink. Jan has a few that are more rare and interesting but they're a lot smaller flower and I haven't done a good job photographing them yet.
ReplyDeleteI love them, too, but Jan is the grower. I'm just the 'appreciater'. :)
That is such a nice photo!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, that's a real compliment coming from you.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh, Pretty! I can't wait 'til our orchid starts blooming (soon).
ReplyDeleteI love orchids. Ours bloom in winter too which is kind of strange considering they're tropical plants.
ReplyDeleteGreat pic! (but now I'm wishing for warm weather!) :-)
