I'm sure Jan will never forget January 2011. We were hit by snow-storm after snow-storm accumulating upwards of 30 inches of snow in less than a month. And I had a broken arm. (Good timing, Leslie!)
I LOVE that second picture of Bella! It reminded me of my Ella and made me smile. Beautiful pictures! Bella sure did have fun, you can see it all over her sweet face.
Aha, yes it's me, Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar! I snuck onto my human's twitter account! :) Oh my, in my case, I'm glad all the snow has gone here. I went from being a snow plough dog, to a dog that didn't want anything to do with it. Lovely pictures, though and I hope your arm has healed.
Bella looks like she's having fun! My doxies love snow, too. They look so funny hopping through it on their tiny legs. They'd get lost in the mounds there!!
That sounds like a rough January....but I sure would like to have at least a little bit of that snow now! What little we had left on the ground just got washed away by rain here in NH....the dogs love playing ball in the snow, so we are all hoping we get a little more.
Dogs and Snow. They never seem to get enough.
ReplyDeleteThat sure was a ton of snow!
ReplyDeleteSnuggles,
Benny & Lily
omg... Snowmageddon, indeed!!! You are brave, Bella!!!
ReplyDeleteBrrr!!!
ReplyDeleteNola
I feel your pain (without the broken arm). That was Bermtopia in 2008-09 and almost 2010-11, but Ben had a blast.

I love her smile in that second shot. Good timing on breaking your arm. No snow shoveling for you!
ReplyDeleteHi Y'all!
ReplyDeleteThat's a LOT of snow! Don't think I've ever seen that much snow!
Y'all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog

ReplyDeletePawsitive wishes, Penny :)
OMD that is so much snow...
ReplyDeleteWe had a lot of snow that year, too, but not that much! Whew!
ReplyDeleteShe looks like she is having a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteBella Boo is so darn cute! Love the flying ear in the first pic. :)
ReplyDeleteSay what? Did I miss the post detailing how you broke your arm? I hope it's not sore and getting better X
ReplyDeleteLOL - I think you just missed the date of these pictures - this was back in 2011. It was not a great year. ;)
ReplyDeleteOh wow, that is nuts! It's too bad the timing was so rotten or you might have had more fun. At least Bella got to enjoy herself!
ReplyDeleteI can't even imagine having that much snow!!!! I think the dogs would love it though.
ReplyDeleteLuckily we don't see that much snow very often either, Hawk. Next time we get this much snow, you'll have to come for a visit. :)
ReplyDeleteI SO remember that!! We had so much snow that Delilah could just step over the fence. It was a nightmare. LOL
ReplyDeleteBella does look oh so happy in the snow :D
ReplyDeleteI remember snow like that when we lived south of Denver. Were you able to walk on top of the snow, Bella?
ReplyDeleteBella looks like she's having fun! My doxies love snow, too. They look so funny hopping through it on their tiny legs. They'd get lost in the mounds there!!

ReplyDeleteYikes! All that snow and a broken arm too. Pretty rough. At least Bella enjoys it.
ReplyDeleteHi Leslie! Dachshund Mommy here. The peacocks (and pheasants, which were not pictured) are for breeding and selling, as well as they're just pretty :D
ReplyDeleteWow…that is a lot of snow!!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely Sunday :)
