Hi Bella, you are pretty! My name is Sassy and I am the new dog in Blogville. Mah sisfur Rama said you are a good furiend and I should go and see your blog and ask you to follow mine, too. http://sassysslobberchronicles.blogspot.com/
Aww :) Love Mr. Fritz!! I can definitely understand how he would be your dad's <3 dog! Shelle, Milo, Dixie and Newby, http://simpaticodreams.blogspot.com/
Interesting question. I was pretty young when we got Fritz (like 7 or maybe younger) but I remember something about my dad always having wanted a Schnauzer. There were a few dogs in our family before this little one came along but Fritz was pretty special. It's more a feeling than any facts - I remember my dad's face when he was playing or working with Fritz...
My childhood dog was practically my dad's dog as well. He was the only person she ever really listened to. Fritz was such a cutie and this is such a great photo. Thank you for sharing it!
Thanks - Dad had a love of photography. Believe it or not, this is actually a slide, not a photo. (If you blow it up you can see all the little bits of dust etc that always finds it's way on to slides.)
And now I'm laughing wondering how many of the young ones here don't even know what a "slide" is. ;)

What a great shot, and the colors are sharp - especially for an older photo.
