A first here on Bringing up Bella: video. This is early video from Bella's first Fall and I had a pretty lousy camera. Jan took the footage one afternoon while I was at work. I did get to see much more of this "head-butting" action throughout the fall, but this is the best video we have of it, even if it's not all that great. I hope it's good enough for you to be able to see her ears standing straight up at times.
I hope you get a kick out of it, too.
What an awesome pile of leaves to play, roll and head butt in, lol! Bella is a crack up:) Hope you get a chance for more video this fall.
ReplyDeleteShe's too funny! I love the sudden drop and roll!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue. She does keep us laughing.
ReplyDeleteJan has adapted to his new "fame" well and will likely have my camera in hand more often seeking out more of these adorable opportunities than ever. (He wants me to mention that the original video was something 7 minutes long... ;)
Hi Cindy! I like how she actually disappears in the leaves when she does drop and roll. lol - I don't think we let our leaf piles get this big any more. :)
ReplyDeleteSo cute! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Pup Fan.
ReplyDeleteHey - I owe you an apology. I think I lost a comment you made here earlier this week on the Saturday Blog Hop page. I was trying to get Disqus to sync and all of a sudden, instead of syncing, comments disappeared. I'm still trying to retrieve them but wanted to say hi and thanks for stopping by. I did want to reply but it just disappeared into the ether. :(
I assume I have told you how much I adore your Bella, though, right? She's so cute.
Somebody likes piles of leaves. :) So beautiful up there!
ReplyDeleteHi Elizabeth! She had never seen them before and was pretty enthralled. Too bad she's older and wiser now - leaves don't hold the same fascination any more. :(
ReplyDeleteHopefully somewhere deep in her heart Bella remembers her puppy joy at fallen leaves. Keep the camera close at hand. You never know when it will surface again.
ReplyDeleteI've just got to convince Jan not to get rid of them all before she has a chance to play in them. (And given how much he's enjoying his status on this blog, I don't think that will be a problem this year if he thinks he can get more video. lol!)
ReplyDeleteWhat a little cutie Bella is! I wish I could come over and play in those leaves as well! Woof! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Alfie. If you ever find yourself in New England and in need of a playdate, give us a holler. Bella likes to play with strong, gentle, confident dogs like you.
